Mission

The mission of Angelina College is to provide quality educational opportunities and services to aid students and the community in reaching their full potential. Angelina College is a two-year public community college primarily serving Angelina County as its local taxing district and the service area designated by Texas Education Code 130.165[1]. The College offers vocational, technical, and academic courses for certifications and associate degrees. The College also offers continuing education, workforce training, dual-credit courses, and developmental education consistent with its open-admissions policies. The College provides programs and services to support students in their educational journeys as well as cocurricular programs to develop students as citizens. The College strengthens the communities it serves by engaging in economic development initiatives, hosting social and arts programming, and supporting leadership development. The College strives for excellence in teaching and learning as well as all academic and administrative endeavors.
