Emphasizing accuracy, professionalism, and patient confidentiality, the program combines classroom instruction with hands-on training using industry-standard software and simulated office environments. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions such as medical office assistant, patient services representative, or administrative coordinator, and may pursue professional credentials like the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA).
